Magis Voido Lounge Chair
The Magis Voido Lounge chair - that isn’t, in fact, a lounge chair - but that was its official name so we’re going with it, mkay?
It is, however, a fully functional rocking chair and the animation looks pretty cool, if I do say so myself.
Does NOT require Supernatural - I’ve cloned it form the store one and tested excessively with/without the original installed and with/without the store fixes. It’s fully BG compatible and doesn’t need anything to work. (Still if you run into any issues let me know!)

GUBI Moon Dining Table
5 presets - first one fully recolorable with 2 channels (tabletop and legs); the other five with a marble overlay on the tabletop and recolorable legs.
Found under Surfaces/Dining Tables for $1500.

While I’ve kept the footprint 3x1 tiles, the actual mesh is a bit longer and wider that the ea tables. The chair and object placement positions have been adjusted accordingly to avoid clipping weirdness, but that makes the table with chairs attached take a bit more space than usual. Keep that in mind and don’t stick it into super tight spaces to avoid routing tantrums.
