This is my witch sim Cassiopeia’s house built in Nilxis’ Hylewood world. Be warned that it’s a VERY cluttered house (!!) but mostly maxis match with nothing ridiculously high poly.
Play tested and every furniture route work as intended. During gameplay, make sure to set the front door manually, otherwise service sims will just use the back door to drop newspapers and whatnot lol. This house is best for a single sim.

I tried to include all the custom patterns I’ve used. There’s one (1) CAP pattern used in the kitchen walls that must be installed through the launcher unless you know how to properly convert it to package. I’ve placed this one separately in the folder for an easier find.

I recommend playing this house in Hylewood, it might look weird in other world’s terrains!
